These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UnfilteredAI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the UnfilteredAI website and AI chat service (collectively, the "Service").

5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 Nature of AI Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI responses are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI outputs
• You should verify important information from authoritative sources
• AI-generated content does not represent our views or opinions

5.2 Use of AI Content

You are solely responsible for your use of AI-generated content. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI outputs. Always exercise your own judgment and consult with qualified professionals when needed.

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

8.1 Paid Services

Some features of the Service may require payment. All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.

8.2 Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you will be billed automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting team@unfilteredaichat.com.

8.3 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in writing. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UNFILTEREDAI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UnfilteredAI and its licensors, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at team@unfilteredaichat.com. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us at team@unfilteredaichat.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve any disputes.

14.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the United States. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

14.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek equitable relief in court for infringement of intellectual property rights or other urgent matters.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
